2017 - Present

BHHS Robert Paul Properties

President and Managing Broker

Lead the complete spectrum of executive operations, overseeing sales, IT, HR, operations, marketing, and finance departments. Spearhead the creation of operational efficiencies and the implementation of innovative growth strategies. Introduce and manage cutting-edge systems and technologies to enhance production, drive profitability, and foster a positive company culture.

 

  • Responsible for spearheading strategic recruiting initiatives and mergers and acquisitions plan to enhance the net profitability. 

     

  • Maintain a per person productivity of $9.1M through effective recruitment and retaining strategies. 

     

  • Developed annual and long-term strategic plan with

     aligned budget to continuously improving net profit while adding top line revenue streams.

  • Lead each department to work collaboratively with cross-functional support that is  in alignment with strategic plan.  

     

  • Work with media outlets to provide market insights. 

     

2014-2017

Century 21 Commonwealth

Regional Sales Manager and Broker

Oversaw the improvements of business operations and policies such as reporting, information flow, and planning. Managed general financial and system operations for five locations including P&L responsibility.  Recruited, hired, and coached agents into production. 

 

  • Recruited over sixty successful sales agents. 

     

  • Developed and implemented coaching programing to increase agent success and productivity. 

     

  • Oversaw the opening of two new branches, improving systems and processes for growth. 

     

  • Assisted with writing business plans for all agents to help hold them accountable to achieve success. 

     

  • Oversaw the fiscal management, planning, systems, and controls for five offices.

     

2011-2014

BSA Management and East Coast Realty
Director of Operations, Controller, Managing Broker

Managed all accounting, property management operations, including rental transactions, legal compliance, property acquisitions, risk management and development. Engaged in weekly meetings with executives to review financial reports and budgets. Created and tracked construction development budgets and timelines.

  • Led account management for over twenty company entities, including real estate and tenant escrow. 

     

  • Improved efficiencies for company entities, as well as A/R and A/P for over four hundred rental properties.

     

  • Aided in acquisitions and selling properties within the company’s portfolio. 

     

  • Prepared for all insurance audits and oversaw risk management.

  • Created and managed construction budgets for development projects from acquisition to turnover.

     

2008-2011

Molisse Realty Group
Operations Manager, Trainer, Broker

Oversaw fiscal management and planning. Organized regular team meetings with agents and managers. Managed all company marketing operations, including website maintenance, social media, print materials, and graphic design. 


  • Oversaw sales and closing coordination for over three hundred transactions per year. 


  • Spearheaded growth of the firm from start-up, to adding three office locations with over ninety agents.


  • Managed all the company’s marketing and vendor management – website design and maintenance, social media, print advertising, graphic design, etc.  


  • Development coaching programs to increase agent productivity.
